Setup email account in K-9 Mail client

Here is short note about K-9 Mail client setup.

K-9 Mail can be found on Google Play Market.

I reccomend to install it from F-Droid catalogue of Free and Open Source applications for the Android platform.

Add new mail account

Tap on the big + in the bottom of the screen to add new account.

Account type

Choose IMAP account type

Email and Password

Enter your email and valid password. Tap Next.

Incoming server settings

IMAP server: imap.svyrydiuk.eu

Security: SSL/TLS

Port: 993

Username: part of your email address before @

Authentication: Normal password

Password:

Outgoing server settings

SMTP server: smtp.svyrydiuk.eu

Security: STARTTLS

Port: 587

Username: part of your email address before @

Authentication: Normal password
